  How do I place a return or exchange?

  We're sorry you didn't love your product. Please reach out to contact@hotdealsfirst.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

   

  Help! I can’t find my return slip.

  Don’t worry—Hotdealsfirst packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to contact@hotdealsfirst.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

   

  What’s your return policy?

  All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

  To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day time frame, please reach out to contact@hotdealsfirst.com.

  Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

   

  How long does it take to process a return?

  Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

   

  What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

  If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at contact@hotdealsfirst.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!

   

  What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

  Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
  5. Provide the return tracking number.

  Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to contact@hotdealsfirst.com before returning your order.

   

  We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

  NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.hotdealsfirst.com the return policy applied of the shop where you did purchase the product.

   

• CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside of the 24 hour window.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email at contact@hotdealsfirst.com stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement or refund.

Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. HotDealsFirst reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through submitting a ticket at our website Contact us (hotdealsfirst.com)
